  • CS Parent-Son Sneak-In Weekend
    July 11-12, 2015@ Camp John J. Barnhardt. Don't Miss the Fun! Register Today! $30 per Scout & parent, $15 per additional person. Late Fee is $5 after July 3rd. Registration ends July 10th. *Fee includes 1 youth patch per pair, program supplies, Saturday Lunch, Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast. NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
  • Youth Protection
    Youth Protection training is required for all BSA registered volunteers. Youth Protection training must be taken every two years. If a volunteer's Youth Protection training record is not current at the time of recharter, the volunteer will not be reregistered.

  • Update Your Unit on the "Be A Scout" Map
    Attention Volunteers: The new "Be A Scout" Campaign has launched and the new Map feature is now Live on the National BSA site. This means that Youth and Parents IN YOUR AREA will be using this Map feature to find Scout Units.
    Effective immediately, the Cabarrus Scout Shop, in addition to the council office in Albemarle, will be able to fill your advancement orders FREE of charge. All advancement orders must be accompanied by a properly completed advancement report.
