Doubleknot is offering a 90 minute online training course for building, publishing and managing event registrations using the Doubleknot Hosted Application. The course will focus on best practices and techniques for using this powerful module.

When you offer online event registration and payment processing to your membership not only are you providing a quantum improvement in customer service, but also more predictive event planning, reduced back office administration time, and improved cash flow.  This course provides the student with a thorough understanding of how to configure the application to match the requirements of your events.

This course is valuable for event coordinators, Marketing Directors, Doubleknot administrators, webmasters and Finance staff.  The class is offered via an interactive web conference and is limited to 8 students.  The cost for the course is $75 per student.
