Cost: $ 65.00 per week, $120.00 - both weeks, Late Fee : $15.00 – 1 week, $20.00 – both weeks
Deadline: May 1, 2013. Forms can be dropped off at Camp Cabarrus on Saturday, April 20th 10:00 a.m – 12:00 p.m or at the scout shop in the back office area before Wednesday May 1, 2013. (Note: This is the deadline for Packs to turn in the forms, Individual deadlines to turn forms in to your local pack will be earlier.)
Register using the forms Linked below and return it to your pack. The Pack can turn them in at the scout shop, or to the camp on dates above.
Registration is limited: 1st week- 200 scouts & 2nd week – 200 scouts
Online Registration must be completed by the Pack Coordinator. Individual Registrations will not be accepted. Registration must be done by the pack to ensure that we have adequate volunteer staffing for camp.
If you are volunteering as a parent, and your son is the only one attending from your pack, contact Lynn Johnson or Jenn Liblick directly, via the contact information above.
Forms to be printed and filled out:
All Campers Will need the following:
Day Camp Information Packet
Code of Conduct - Must be Printed out and Signed by All Campers, and their Parents
Medication Form - Must be printed out and signed for any campers or junior staff who will need any medicine to be administered during camp. This includes both regular scheduled prescriptions, and emergency medications such as Inhalers, Epi-pens, etc.
BSA Health Form Parts A & B - (No Doctor's Exam is neccesary)
All Volunteers will need the Following:
Adult Volunteers must provide a copy a current YPT Certificate (Less than 2 years old)
To take Youth Protection training go to MyScouting.org and create an account. From the MyScouting.org portal, click on E-Learning and take the Youth Protection training.
Upon completion, you may print a certificate of completion to submit with a volunteer application.
Each Pack needs to collect the following:
Payment in full from each camper. (Either 1 check from the pack, or Individual checks made out to Central NC Council BSA)
All Forms from each Camper / Volunteer as listed above
A Completed copy of the Pack Spreadsheet Form.
