2020 Webelos Woods

When: November 13th-15th, 2020

Where: Camp John J. Barnhardt

Cost: Arrow of Light $23.00, Webelos $15.00 and Adults $7.00. Fees includes all events, supplies and patches.

You must register online for this event. No walk-ons or late registrations will be accepted for Webelos Woods.

Are you ready to camp like Scouts BSA?

Come out to Webelos Woods to find out!

You will need to bring your own tent and sleeping bag.

Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts will be able to come to Camp John J. Barnhardt to test their skills as a patrol and get ready for their transition into Scouts BSA! Scouts will be able to participate in various events such as: Backpacking/Camping, Cooking, Shooting Sports and other fun activities.

Because of Covid-19 there will be limited space for this event. Space will be limited to 250 total participants. Each participant will be required to have a 14 day temperature and self monitoring sheet filled out.

Cancellation Policy

Central NC Council has a NO REFUND Policy. We make every effort to have enough patches, programs supplies, t-shirts, food or whatever supplies each event requires. In order for that to happen we need to have accurate attendance numbers. Once you have registered for an event we are counting on your attendance and we will be purchasing the needed items for the event. Due to this fact we cannot refund event and activities fees for any reason.
