Eagle Merit Badge Mania

When: November 7th, 2020

Where: Camp John J. Barnhardt

Online registration only!-No walk-ons or late registrations will be accepted!

Cost: $20-registration deadline is October 23rd at 11:55pm. $5 for adult meals. 

(cost includes: event patch, lunch and program supplies)

Scouts should bring camping chair, paper and pen. 

All participants must bring the 14 day temperature and monitoring form to camp signed by a parent or guardian. The form is at the bottom of this page. Due to this, no registrations past October 23rd date will be accepted!

Troop camping will only be permitted Saturday evening unless your unit would like to camp in the outpost.  If your unit wishes to camp, please send camp permit to Kyle.Camp@Scouting.Org no less than two weeks before the event!

  • Only one badge per day, to run a Merit Badge clinic correctly it is not possible to earn more than one per day. Especially when working with Eagle required Merit Badges.


  • Due to logistical issues and the variety and scope of volunteers involved in this program we will not be listing pre-requisites for the Merit Badges. Only requirements that can be completed in a group setting at camp will be available. Blue cards will be dispersed to the Scout at the end of the day. Please expect that most Merit Badges will be partials due to the nature of Merit Badge clinics.

Cancellation Policy
Central NC Council has a NO REFUND Policy. We make every effort to have enough patches, programs supplies, food or whatever supplies each event requires. In order for that to happen we need to have accurate attendance numbers. Once you have registered for an event we are counting on your attendance and we be purchasing the needed items for the event. Due to this fact we cannot refund event and activities fees for any reason.
