Manually Enter Addresses
This option allows you to manually enter individual email addresses to be added to the Address List.
To enter addresses manually:
After you have entered the subject for the email, click the
Add Email Addresses button.
The “How would you like to address this message” page will be displayed.
Click the Manually Entering One or More Email Addresses
link (second option).
The Address Book page will be displayed with a text box in which to enter the
addresses.
If an Address List has already been started, you will see the existing list at
the top of the page.
Enter one or more email addresses in the Email address text
box.
After each address you enter, press the [Enter] key on the keyboard.
This will identify the end of one email address and the beginning of another.
Do not use commas while entering the addresses.
You have up to 5,000 characters in which to enter all of the email addresses.
When you have entered the addresses, click the Add
Address to Address Lists button at the bottom of the page.
The system will add the addresses to the Address List and will display it at the
top of the page. The system will automatically insert commas between the
addresses and will concatenate them in the list.

If you want to define a filter for your Address List, click here for those instructions.
If you need to remove the manually entered addresses from
the Address List, click the Delete link next to the email address.
The system will delete all of the manually entered addresses.
If you need to add more addresses to the list, click the
Edit link next to the address list,
click inside the text box at the end of the email addresses,
press the [Enter] key to create a new line,
return to step #3.
If you need to change one of the email addresses, click the
Edit link next to the address list,
click inside the text box where you want to make a correction,
change the address, and
click the
Add Addresses to the Address List.
The system will update the address list with your changes.
When you are through building the address list, click the
Done button to return to the Email page.
The Address List will be displayed at the top of the Email page.
If you need to view the address list or define a filter, you can do so from this page as well.
You can also delete the manually entered list from the Email page by clicking the Delete link next to the list addresses.
