Group Registration Overview

The Group Registration function allows organizations to register multiple people for programs with one registration transaction.  You can also register the entire group or individual attendees in specific activities and classes that are offered in the program.

Individual attendees in the group can be identified by name (which is required for registering for specific activities and/or classes in the program), or you can simply reserve space by attendee type for the program.

If the maximum number of attendees available for a session has been reached and room on a wait list is available, the individuals you are registering will be put on the wait list.  Registrations from the wait list will be made on a FIFO (first in/first out) basis.
