Work with the Attendees List
These instructions show you how to view an attendee list for an event, download the list or email the attendees.
To view, download or email the attendees:
If the View Event page with the event detail is not displayed, perform the View Calendar Event instructions and return to these instructions.
Click the View Attendees button on the View
Event page.
The View Attendees page will be displayed.
If there are multiple pages of attendees, use the
buttons at the top of the list to navigate the list.
Use the Next button to display the next page of attendees
Use the Last button to display the last page.
Use the First button to return to the first page of attendees
Use the Previous button to display the previous page of attendees.
If you want to download the attendees list into an
Excel Worksheet, click the
Download Data as File
link.
Click on the above link to view those instructions and then return to these
instructions.
Click the Done button to return to the previous
page.
