Data Cleanup - Delete all Responses on a form

This function allows you to delete all responses for a form.  You can use this function if you want to restart a survey or use the form for another event or campaign.  These instructions assume that you are currently in the Forms function.

To delete all responses:

1. Click the Data Cleanup link on the Page Secondary Menu.
   The Data Cleanup page will be displayed.
2. If you need to change organizations at this point, you can choose the organization from the Organization drop-down list at the top of the page.
3. If you want to narrow the displayed list by performing the search function,
   Enter a keyword or phrase in the Search text box at the top of the page,
   Select whether the system should search the form title or the description for the keyword/phrase from the drop-down list next to the Search text box,
   Click the Search button.
   The system will search the database for the forms containing the keyword/phrase and will redisplay the list of forms with the search results.
4. You can use the First, Prev, Next and Last links at the top of the page to:
   First - go to the first page of surveys
   Prev - go to the previous page
   Next - go to the next page
   Last - go to the last page of surveys.
5. Click the Delete All Responses checkbox for the form(s) that you want to clear.
   A checkmark in the checkbox indicates that the delete request is turned on.  You can clear multiple forms at the same time by checking the box for each form that you want to clear.
6. Click the Clear Responses button at the bottom of the page.
   The system will ask you to verify that you want to clear the form(s).
7. Click the OK button on the verification message box.
   The system will delete the responses for the selected forms and will redisplay the Data Cleanup page.
