Deactivate Forms
The form will remain active until you take an action to tell the system to deactivate it.
To deactivate a form:
If the Current Form page is displayed, skip to step #7.
If you are in the Forms function,
Click the Manage Forms link on the Page Secondary Menu, and then
Click the Form Title link in the list provided.
Skip to step #7.
If the Main Information page is not displayed, click the Features List link at the top of the current page.
Click the Forms and Survey link on the
Administer list.
The Manage Forms page will be displayed. The page will list all forms
for the organization.
If you need to change organizations at this point, you can choose the organization from the Organization drop-down list at the top of the page.
Click the name (title) link in the Form Title list for
the form that you want to deactivate.
The Current Form page will be displayed with the basic information for the
selected form.
Click the Deactivate link on the Status line.
The system will ask you to verify that you want to deactivate the current
form.
Click the OK button on the verification message
box.
The system will deactivate the form and will redisplay the page showing a
Not Active status.
