Delete Forms

You can delete a form at any time.  These instructions assume that you are in the Forms function.

To delete a form:

  1. Click the Manage Forms link on the Page Secondary Menu.
    The Manage Forms page will be displayed.  The page will list all forms for the organization.

  2. If you need to change organizations at this point, you can choose the organization from the Organization drop-down list at the top of the page.

  3. Click the Delete link for the form you want to delete.
    The system will ask you to verify that you want to delete the form.

  4. Click the OK button on the verification message box.
    The system will delete the form and will redisplay the Manage Forms page.
