Item and Page Conditions

This feature allows you to put a condition on an item or page as to whether it will be displayed or not.  This can come in handy when you have questions that are linked to other questions and depend on the previous answer.

You can add a new condition or use a condition that has already been used for another item or page.  If there is at least one condition for the page or item, you will see a drop-down list for groups.  Conditions grouped together have an “and” relationship, meaning that every condition in the group must be med for the item to be displayed on the form.  However, there is an “or” relationship between groups of conditions.
