Add Pages to a Form
This feature allows you to add new blank pages to a form.
To add pages to a form:
If you are not currently in the Edit Form function,
perform the instructions in
Starting the Edit Forms Function.
The Edit Form page will be displayed.
If you need to select another page than the one
displayed, select the page number from the drop-down list at the top of the
page and click the Go To Page button.
The selected page will be displayed
Click the Add Page button at the top of the
page.
The system will add a new page and will display the Add Item page so that
you can add at least one item to the new page.
Available items.
Click the Add Item button at the bottom of the
page.
The Edit Form page will be displayed with the new page and item.
If you are through editing the form, you can click the Features List link to return to the Main Information page, or click a link on the Page Secondary Menu area to perform another function in Forms.
