Page Branching
Page branching allows you to skip to a certain page in a form based on the user's response to a question. You can set unlimited branching rules on a page and they will be evaluated in the order entered.
To use page branching:
If you are not currently in the Edit Form function,
perform the instructions in
Starting the Edit Forms Function.
The Edit Form page will be displayed.
If you need to select another page than the one
displayed, select the page number from the drop-down list at the top of the
page and click the Go To Page button.
The selected page will be displayed.
Click the Page Branching button.
The Branching For page will be displayed. Any current branching rules will
be displayed at the bottom of the page.
Select a question on the page that you want to use for branching to another page from the Question to Branch Off drop-down list.
Select the response to the question to be used for the branching option from the Branch if Response is drop-down list.
If the response you want is not on the list, enter the response in the Other text box.
Choose the page to branch to from the Go To Page drop-down list.
Click the Add Branch button at the bottom of the
page.
The new rule will be added to the bottom of the page.
If you are through managing conditions for this page,
click the Save & Continue button at the top of the page.
The Edit Form page will be displayed.
If you are through editing the form, you can click the Features List link to return to the Main Information page, or click a link on the Page Secondary Menu area to perform another function in Forms.
