Manage Attendees from Search Results
To manage attendees:
Perform a Registration Search.
If you want to resort the page, choose the sort from the Sort by drop-down list and click the Search button again.
If you want to use the Manage Attendees function, click
the Registration Details link in the Details column for the item.
The Manage Attendees page will be displayed. The page will list all
registrants for the event with a registration key, their name, group (if
applicable), number of registrants (if a group), a registered flag
(checkbox), a waitlisted flag if the person is on the wait list, and a flag
to indicate if the person attended the event.
If you want to remove an attendee from the event, click
the Select checkbox for the person(s) that you want to remove.
A checkmark in the checkbox indicates that that attendee will be removed.
Click the Remove button at the bottom of the
page.
The system will display a verification message box.
Click the OK button to continue the removal
process.
The attendees will be removed from the event and the page redisplayed.
When you are through with the function, click the
Finished button at the bottom of the page.
The Search Registrations page will be displayed with the previous results.
When you are through with the Search function, click the Done button to return to the Program and Event Administration menu page.
