Inquiry Contact, Address and Telephone

This information appears on the confirmation receipt sent upon completion of the registration.  It is provided in the event there is a need to contact the organizer of the event.  The organization name is automatically added to the confirmation receipt and cannot be changed.  The contact Contact EMail is added.

The contact, address and phone information is automatically entered based on the sign on user.  It can be overridden by editing the fields.

This information is required when online registration is enabled.
