Charge to Payer's Credit Card or Account

This is an automatically calculated amount that is charged to the credit cardholder for on-line payment processing for a single dues payment without any lat fee. When the Payees Pay Convenience Fee check box is selected then the amount is calculated as the dues amount plus the convenience fee. If the Payees Pay Convenience Fee check box above is not selected this amount is equal to the dues amount.

The flat processing portion of the convenience fee is applied against the entire purchase and not person or per additional cost item.  The percentage portion of the convenience fee is applied to the total cost of the purchase.
