Require Payment Online

When on-line payment for the event is enabled it is possible to enforce whether or not on-line payment is required to complete a dues commitment.  

When this box is checked, payment is required. Otherwise, payment is optional.  If payment is not made on-line, the user receives an email confirmation stating to remit the dues amount to the organization.  The address contained in the email is the same address that appears on the About Us page for the organization.
