Manage Program Facilities Overview
The Manage Program Facilities function is used to identify the facilities available for a program and to specify minimum and maximum attendees per facility. The facilities will be open for registrants to reserve based on the number of attendees and availability of facilities.
In the Camp Wohali example, there are four campsite facilities set up:
| Facility Name | Type | Min | Max |
| Campsite Eagle 1 | Unlimited Booking | 5 | 15 |
| Campsite Eagle 2 | Unlimited Booking | 10 | 30 |
| Campsite Quail 1a | Individual Booking | 1 | 1 |
| Campsite Quail 2a | Unlimited Booking | 3 | 5 |
Depending on the number of attendees that are being registered, only those campsites that are suitable for each particular registration are displayed. If there are 10 attendees being registered by a group, then only the Eagle campsites will be displayed for the reservation, since the Quail campsites are too small for the group. If this group selects the Eagle 2 campsite, then there will be 20 openings remaining for this campsite, enabling another group to reserve space in the same campsite. Once all the space in a campsite is reserved, then that campsite will no longer be displayed as available. If Unlimited Booking is set for the type of facility, it allows unlimited groups to register as long as they fall between the minimum and maximum attendees for the facility. If the type of facility is set to Single Registration, then the facility will be removed from the available list once one group reserves it.
The Manage Program Facilities function allows you to set up facilities, establish the minimum and maximum spots available for any facility, and view the facility usage over the course of the program.
