Sub Program Overview

Sub-programs are subordinate programs that contain activities or classes (components) that can be stand-alone or recurring in the sessions.  The sub-program components are optional events that groups or individuals can register for within a session.

Each component can have costs that are in addition to the session cost and the system will total all costs for the registrant(s) when registration is being completed.

As an example, a group can register for a session and then pick the components of the session that they want to attend for each individual in the group.  The cost per registrant is then calculated based on the session price plus the price of the optional components they select (if any).

The sub-program level is an overview of the components and defines the type of sub-program, the high-level title, description and date range.  Once the sub-program is established, individual components can be entered and saved within the sub-program.  The components can be recurring in each session or you can make them a stand-alone activity for one session.
