Charge to Payer's Credit Card or Account

This is an automatically calculated amount that shows what is charged to the credit cardholder for on-line payment processing of a single registration, without any late fee or additional cost items added.

When the Registrants Pay Convenience Fee check box is checked then the amount is calculated as the event cost plus the convenience fee. If the Registrants Pay Convenience Fee check box is not checked this amount is equal to the activity cost.

When registration can be completed without making online payment, this amount is listed as due to the organization on the confirmation receipt and the confirmation email given to the user.

The flat processing portion of the convenience fee is applied against the entire purchase and not person or per additional cost item.  The percentage portion of the convenience fee is applied to the total cost of the purchase.
