Late Fee Applied After & Late Fee Amount

"Late fee applied after" is the date an additional fee is assessed to register for an event. If using on-line event registration, event costs after this date will automatically add the Late Fee Amount. This field can be left blank if there is no late fee.

When the late fee applies is always shown as a separate item when viewing details of the activity, and within the online and email receipts.  The late fee amount is always applied per registrant for that registration.  It is calculated as:

• Late Fee Amount X Total Registrants = Total Late Fee Charged
