Assign a Member to a Roster Year
You can use this function to assign an individual member to a roster for a previous roster year.
If you have created a new roster year for the coming or new year and need to assign all members to the new roster year, you should use the Manage Rosters for a Specific Year function to assign all the members with one transaction.
To assign a user to a roster year:
If the Administer Members and Users page is not
displayed, click the Member Information link in the Administer List
on the sidebar menu.
The Administer Members and Users page will be displayed.
If you need to change the organization at this point, select it from the Select an Organization drop-down list at the top of the page.
If you want the member lists displayed for rosters in
any year, turn off the Only show roster for current year checkbox option at
the bottom of the page.
A checkmark in the box will limit the information to the current year
roster. A blank checkmark will retrieve members from all years.
Click the Create and Administer Individual Users radio button.
Click the Submit button at the bottom of the
page.
The Member Administration List page will be displayed.
Select the member�s name from the Membership List.
You can select only one item at a time from this list.
Click the Years of Membership radio button.
Click the OK button at the bottom of the page.
The Years that member was registered page will be displayed. The Available
Years list on the left is the available roster years, and the Years
Registered list on the right is a list of the roster years to which the
member is currently assigned.
If you want to add a previous roster year to the Years
Registered list,
select the year from the Available Member Roster Years list, and
click the Add button at the bottom of the list.
The system will add the member to that roster year and will redisplay the
Years that member was registered page.
If you need to remove a roster year from the Years
Registered list,
select the year from the Years Registered list, and
click the Remove button at the bottom of the list.
The system will ask that you verify the removal.
Click the OK button to continue.
The system will remove that roster year for the member and will refresh the
page.
When you are through with the Years that member was
registered page, click the Done button.
The Member Administration List page will be displayed
If you are through with administering individual
members, click the Done button to return to the Administer Members
and Users page.
OR
You can click the Features List link at the top of the page to return
to the Main Information page.
