Manage Member Photographs
This function allows you to upload a picture of the member that will be stored with the member’s profile information. If an existing photograph exists for the member, you can remove the picture with this function and then return to the function to replace it with a new photograph.
To upload a member's photograph:
If the Administer Members and Users page is not
displayed, click the Member Information link in the Administer List
on the sidebar menu.
The Administer Members and Users page will be displayed.
If you need to change the organization at this point, select it from the Select an Organization drop-down list at the top of the page.
If you want the member lists displayed for rosters in
any year, turn off the Only show roster for current year checkbox option at
the bottom of the page.
A checkmark in the box will limit the information to the current year
roster. A blank checkmark will retrieve members from all years.
Click the Create and Administer Individual Users radio button.
Click the Submit button at the bottom of the
page.
The Member Administration List page will be displayed.
Select the member's name from the Membership List.
You can select only one item at a time from this list.
Click the Photographs that appear in the Roster radio button.
Click the OK button at the bottom of the page.
The Member Photograph page will be displayed.
If a photograph already exists for the member, it will be displayed on the
page. You will then have the option of removing the existing photograph and
replacing it with another.
If a photograph does not exist for the member, you can add one now.
You can manually enter the file name and path or use the Browse function to
browse your local workstation for the picture.
If you need to delete an existing photograph, click the
Remove Current Picture button at the bottom of the page and then skip
to step #16.
Start these instructions again to replace it with a new picture (upload a
photograph).
If you know where the photograph file is stored, enter the full path and name in the Enter filename text box and skip to step #15.
If you need to search for the file, click the Browse
button.
The Choose File dialog box will be displayed.
Navigate to the folder in which the file is stored.
Select the file name.
The name should be displayed in the File name drop-down list.
Click the Open button on the dialog box.
The system will retrieve the path and file name and display it in the Enter
Filename text box.
Click the Upload File button.
The system will upload the file to the server and store it with the member’s
profile information. When the upload is complete, the system will display a
success page.
Click the OK button to continue.
The Member Administration List page will be displayed
If you are through with administering individual
members, click the Done button to return to the Administer Members
and Users page.
OR
You can click the Features List link at the top of the page to return
to the Main Information page.
