List of Recent Visitors


The Recent Visitor function displays the list of members that have recently used the website and their logon information. You will only see the members for your organization.  This can be a very useful screen to make sure members are getting their information.

The information displayed includes the member name and organization, user id, the number of times they have logged in, the time and date they last logged in and the page name.

To view the Recent Visitors report:

  1. If the Administer Members and Users page is not displayed,
    click the Features List link at the top of the current page to display the Main Information page, and then
    click the Member Information link in the Administer List on the sidebar menu.
    The Administer Members and Users page will be displayed. 

  2. If you need to change the organization at this point, select it from the Select an Organization drop-down list at the top of the page.

  3. If you want the member lists displayed for rosters in any year, turn off the Only show roster for current year checkbox option at the bottom of the page.
    A checkmark in the box will limit the information to the current year roster.  A blank checkmark will retrieve members from all years.

  4. Click the List of recent visitors radio button in the View area.

  5. If you want to expand the list to more than just the last 20, click the checkbox next to the item to turn it off.
    A blank checkbox indicates that the feature is turned off and in this case, the system will retrieve more than the last 20 visitors.  This could take some time to retrieve depending on the traffic on the site.

  6. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
    The List of Recent Visitors page will be displayed.  The information displayed is the user name, user id, organization, total number of hits, whether the user is currently logged onto the site, the date and time of the last hit, and the page name.

  7. Click the member�s name link to view a detailed list of the pages visited by the member.
    The Members Detail List of Site Visits page will be displayed.  The report will list the user name and user id, total hits per page, last hit, and page name.

  8. Click the Done button at the bottom of the Members Detail List of Site Visits to return to the Site Visitors report page.

  9. Click the View a List of Total Hits by Page link at the top of the page to view a report that will display the page name and total number of hits per page.

  10. Click the Done button when you are through viewing the Page Visits per Page report.
    The Site Visitors report will be redisplayed.

  11. When you are through with the Site Visitors report, click the Done button at the bottom of the report page.

  12. If you are through with the Administer Members and Users page, you can click the Done button or the Feature List link to return to the Main Information page.
