Contact Store Representative

To contact the store representative:

1. Click the Send Inquiry to [organization name] link on the Customer Service Menu page.
   The Contact page will be displayed.  Your name and email address are defaulted from your personal information.  When you fill out this form and send it, your store representative will receive via email.

2. Enter your phone number in the Phone text box.
   This field is required.

3. If you want to talk about a particular order, enter the order number in the Order Number text box.
   This field is optional.  However, it is a good idea to enter it so that the representative will have the proper information before calling or emailing you.

4. Select the main subject that you want to discuss from the Category drop-down list.

5. Enter your message in the Body text box.

6. Click the Send button at the bottom of the page.
   The system will send the message and will return the Customer Service page with a confirmation message at the top of the page.
