Order Cancel

The Cancel Order function is used to cancel orders that are not yet shipped.

To cancel your order:

1. If the Customer Service Menu is not displayed, click the My Information link in the Administer Sidebar menu on the Main Information page.

2. Click the Cancel Orders link on the Customer Service page.
   The Cancel Order page will be displayed.  You will be able to cancel those orders that have not yet shipped.  If you need to cancel an order that has already shipped, you must contact your store representative.

3. Enter the order number in the Order number text box.
   This must be a value order number and the order must not have been shipped.

4. Click the Cancel Order button.
   The system will verify that the order is open and will cancel it.  The Customer Service page will be displayed.  If the order has been shipped, the Cancel Order page will be redisplayed with a message indicating that the order could not be cancelled as requested.
