Online Store Order Tracking

The Order Tracking allows you to view order and shipment status for your orders.

To view your orders:

1. Click the Order Tracking link in the Online Store Header area.
   The Store Order Tracking page will be displayed.  The page lists all of your orders with a Detail link for each.  The list is in date descending order.

2. If you want to view the order details, click the View Details link for the order.
   You can alternatively click the order number link to view the details. 
   The Order Details page will be displayed.  The bottom of this page displays the order tracking information.

3. When you are through with the order details, click the Back button on the Browser toolbar to return to the Order Tracking page.

4. When you are through viewing orders, click the Done button at the bottom of the Order Tracking page to return to the Customer Service Menu page.
