Cancel Unfulfilled Orders
This function is available on orders that have not been fulfilled. When the order is cancelled, any amount previously paid will be credited to the customer.
To cancel an unfulfilled order:
If the View Order page is not displayed, click the View
Detail link for the unfulfilled order on the
List Orders page.
The View Order page will be displayed for the order. The detail product
line item will display the ordered amount, the amount previously shipped
(backorder situations), this fulfill amount, inventory available, product
description, unit price and total price for the line item.
Click the Cancel Order button at the bottom of
the page.
The system will ask that you verify the cancel request.
Click the OK button to continue the Cancel
process for the order.
The system will cancel the order and will redisplay the View Order page
showing the new status of the order with all quantity fields disabled.
Click the Done button to return to the List Orders page.
