Viewing Newsletters
Published newsletters are listed in alphabetical order in the Newsletters category on the Main Information page. You can view newsletters by either clicking the newsletter title link in the Newsletters Category or by using the Newsletters link in the Features List.
To view newsletters:
If the Main Information page is not displayed, click
the Features Link at the top of the current page.
The Main Information page will be displayed. Published newsletters are
listed in the Newsletter Category.
Click the Newsletters link in the Features List
OR
Click the newsletter title link in the Newsletter Category area.
The organization Newsletter page will be displayed. If you used the
Features List Newsletters link, the first newsletter will be displayed. If
you used the newsletter title link, that newsletter will be displayed.
The page displays newsletter selection drop-down list, the number of times
the newsletter has been read, the article titles links, and the article
details. Each article has a Back to Top link so that you can easily
return to the top of the page.
If the newsletter that you want to read is not displayed, choose a title
from the Select a newsletter to view drop-down list at the top of the page.
The Select a Newsletter drop-down list is not necessarily in alphabetic
order. It will be in the order that was decided through the
Arrange Newsletter feature.
If the article that you want to read is not displayed, click the article link at the top of the page.
You can click the Back to Top link at the end of the article to return to the top of the page.
When you are through reading the newsletter, click the Feature List link at the top of the page to return to the Main Information page.
