Overview

If you are responsible for managing a club or non-profit organization, you are well aware of the challenges of:

• coordinating organization activities, including fundraising,
• updating rosters, awards, leadership positions and participation records,
• publishing the newsletter and other documents, and
• communicating information to members.

Doubleknot was formed by people who are volunteer leaders deeply involved with their organizations. Our mission is to bring responsible communities of users together online, and provide them with the tools and publishing capabilities necessary to lighten the administrative load. Doubleknot is Internet based software to address the issues discussed above.

Doubleknot offers member organizations:.

• Secure administrator access to the Doubleknot functionality. Our software allows you to manage your members, membership awards, payments, activities and events, email distribution lists, communications, photos of members, member logon privileges, and other organization-oriented functions.
• The ability to delegate access and administration to others up to their level of permissions.
• A Web site where organizations can publish newsletters and documents, post their photo albums, display a calendar of events, provide online registration, provide online donations, share information with other via elists among other features.
• Secure access to the member directory to search for other members, update their personal profiles, including email addresses for organization or group broadcasts, and to view who has registered for events and activities.

Doubleknot is committed to the community. We also realize that many members of the community will be youths. For that reason, we reserve the right to refuse membership requests we feel are not suitable.
