View and Export Registrations
The Export function on the Manage Programs page provides all registration, registrant and, if applicable, form information to be viewed and exported for the selected session.
The function allows you to search for registrations by date ranges, determine how many rows to display per page, and choose the data to display. You can export (download) the registration list to an Excel Worksheet to be stored on your local hard drive.
You can alternatively request that Doubleknot export the registrations for a selected program and have an Excel file emailed to you - see Email Export
To view and export registrations:
If the Program and Event Administration menu page is displayed, skip to step #4.
Click the Features Link at the top of the
current page.
The Main Information page should be displayed.
Click the Manage Events link in the Administer
List Sidebar menu on the Main Information page.
The Program and Event Administration menu page will be displayed.
If you need to change organizations at this point, choose the organization from the Select an organization drop-down list at the top of the page.
Click the Manage Program link in the Programs
column of the menu page.
The Manage Programs page will be displayed. The page will display a list of
programs in alphabetical order, their effective and end dates, the status of
the program and a Manage action link.
If the program is not listed on the current page, use
the Navigation links at the top of the list to select the first letter of
the program.
The system will scroll the page to the list of programs starting with the
letter you selected. You can also use the vertical scroll bar to find the
program.
Click the Manage link for the program that you want to
manage.
The Manage Program page will be displayed with all the details for the
selected program.
If you need to expand session events, click the plus
icon to list all details for the session.
You can use the minus icon to collapse a session or sub-program structure.
Click the Export link for the session that you
want to view and/or download.
The Manage & Export Registrations page will be displayed with registration
data based on the default options for the session. The default data is the
registration information and registrants. You have the option of searching
for registrations in other date ranges.
If you want to search for registrations in another date
range, enter the starting date in the Show from text box and the ending date
in the To text box.
You can use calendar icon to launch the
Pop-up Calendar function to choose the dates.
If you want to view the forms information for the
session, click the checkboxes for Show Required Forms and/or Show Optional
Forms.
A checkmark in a checkbox indicates that the option is turned on.
To change the default options for Show Registration
Information or Show Registrants, click the appropriate checkbox(s).
A blank checkbox indicates that the option is turned off.
If you want to display more than 10 rows per page, choose the number of rows you wish to view from the Rows to display per page drop-down list at the top of the page.
Click the Go button to refresh the page after
changing the dates or the options.
The system will refresh the page and will display registrations for the new
selections you have made.
Use the navigation buttons to navigate through multiple
pages of registration information:
Use the First button to display the first page of
information
Use the Prev button to display the previous page of
information
Use the Next button to display the next page, and
Use the Last button to display the last page of
information.
If you want to export the list to an Excel Worksheet,
click the
Download Data as File link and refer to the
Download instructions.
Return to these instructions when you are through.
When you are through with the Export function, click
the Done button at the bottom of the page.
The Manage Program page will be displayed.
