Add New Options


This function allows you to add a new attribute options to the system.  Once the attributes are entered, you can assign them to an options group.

To add new options:

  1. If the Features List sidebar menu is not available, click the Feature List link at the top of the current page.

  2. Click the Store Management link in the Administer sidebar menu.
    The Store Management main menu will be displayed.  This page allows you to select the type of maintenance that you want to perform for the store.

  3. Click the Manage Options link in the Products section of the menu.
    The Current Options page will be displayed.

  4. Click the Add Option radio button.

  5. Click the OK button.
    The system will display the Add Options page.

  6. Enter the name of the option in the Description text box.

  7. If the attribute requires additional pricing, enter the additional price in the Additional Price text box.
    Be sure to enter only the additional price for this option - not the full price of the product.

  8. If the attribute requires additional weight, enter the added weight in the Additional weight text box.
    Be sure to enter on the added weight for this option - not the full weight of the product.

  9. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
    The system will save the option and will display the Current Options page.  The new option will be displayed in the Options List.

  10. If you are through with the Manage Options function, click the Done button at the bottom of the page to return to the Storefront Management menu, or click the Feature List link to return to the Main Information page.
