This is the contingent hat.  The front of the hat shows the pentagon patch on a smaller scale.  The sandwich bill says "JAMBOREE 2013".  The top of the bill says "WILD MEN OF NC".  The left side of the hat has the Fleurdelis and "BSA".  The right side of the hat says "Summit Bechtel Reserve".  The back of the hat says "CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA COUNCIL".  It has an American Flag and the velcro closure says "B329 D431 F602"
