Central NC council, BSA is offering an exciting Girls Rule fun camp for all 7th through 12th grade girls this summer. The adventure camp will take place from Sunday, June 21 to Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Camp John J Barnhardt near New London, NC. Check-In will begin at 2:00 pm on June 21 at the Parking Lot. All campers and leaders/adults should be checked in by 5:00pm unless there are special circumstances. Check-out must be by 10:00am on Wednesday. 

Girls will be participating in activities such as:
Shooting Sports: Archery, Shooting .22 rifles
Climbing On Sports: Climbing tower, Repelling (12& up), Zip Line(13 & up)
Craft: Making a craft
Swimming(Olympic Pool): Swimming
Nature
Water Front: Tandem Canoes, Individual Canoes, Kayaks, Stand up paddle boards, log rolling - Individual Canoes, Kayaks, Stand up paddle boards require successful completion of swim check.

In addition there will be campfires, games, and loads of fun. During the camp there will be opportunities for the girls to show their Scout spirit and work together. Meals will be prepared by a professional chef/staff and served in the air conditioned dining hall. Sleeping will be in platform tents with 2 cots/tent. Each unit must have a minimum of 2 adults with at least 1 adult for every 10 girls attending. However, smaller units can combine with other units to help meet the adult requirements. If needed, the camp staff can help combine units.
