Week One – June 11-15, 2012 Week Two- June 18-22, 2012 Registration: Deadline: April 20th, 2012. Forms must be turn in to your pack camp chair. The camp chair can drop off the forms at Camp Cabarrus on Saturday, April 21st or at the scout shop in the back before April 20th. Cost: $ 65.00 per week, $120.00 for both weeks Register below and return it to your pack with all forms needed for camp. Registration is limited: 1st week- 215 scouts & 2nd week – 215 scouts Camper Registration Form & Important Additional Information - This Registration Form needs to be filled out for each Camper Microsoft Word Version PDF Version Volunteer Registration Form - This Registration form needs to be filled out for every Adult or Junior Volunteer PDF Version Day Camp Rules - This must be signed by all Attendees at Camp. Campers, Youth Volunteers and Adult Volunteers Microsoft Word Version PDF Version BSA Health and Medical Form - Parts A & B Must be filled out for each Camper and Volunteer PDF Version Day Camp Medication Form - To be Filled out if any medication needs to be administered by camp Medical Staff. Epipens, Emergency Inhalers, or Scheduled Medications. PDF Version All of the above documents should be collected, and given to the person coordinating Day Camp for your pack.
