Based on a merit badge theme, the camporee will emphasize Scout Skills of today and 100 years ago!! Scouts will participate in various merit badges during the day and make a decision of which to demonstrate in their campsite for the afternoon judging. Point spreads during the judging will be weighted by the degree of difficulty and complexity of the troop afternoon projects. Participants attending merit badge classes corresponding to unit choices of model projects will add 5 extra points per Scout to the troop total. Cost will be $15.00 for all youth and $5.00 for adult leaders. Cost includes Friday cracker barrel for SM/SPL, patches for participants/leaders and Saturday Scoutmaster cracker barrel. Contact Dan Burris with questions @ 704-322-0078. Payment must be online or received before September 7th to retain registration. If not paid by September 7th name will be taken off roster and given to next paying registrant.
