Now in it’s second year, Journey to Excellence is the BSA’s performance recognition program designed to encourage and reward success and measure the performance of our units, districts, and councils. The quality criteria were developed by a task force studying BSA data and survey results from a diverse group of unit, district and council level volunteers and professionals.
This state of the art methodology known as the Balanced Score Card is in alignment with the National Strategic Plan and focuses on key drivers of unit success.
