2018 Central NC Council Merit Badge College
The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
The purpose of the merit badge program is to allow Scouts to examine subjects to determine if they would like to further pursue them as a career or vocation, but it is equally important that Scouts learn life skills as well.
Our current offerings will teach some invaluable skills that will serve a Scout as they become young adults and beyond. Have a flat tire or need to check a car’s fluids, got that covered! Leaky sink, covered! Need to complete a painting project but unsure what supplies are needed, Painting Merit Badge is for you. Other classes offered teach invaluable life skills.
